Can I sign up online?

We offer two types of hosting - full serivce, and self service. Please view our full service plans and our self service plans.Can you register a domain name for me?
Yes. Request us to register your domain on the online signup form. The cost is $29.00 / year.
Who will upload my website?
We will be happy to upload your website if you sign up for a Full Service hosting plan. If you sign up for a Self Service plan, we will send you an email with instructions on how to upload the site yourself.
How do I upload my website?
To upload your website files prior to changing the Domain Name Server addresses with the registrar of your domain, connect to the web server via FTP or Frontpage using the host server's IP address and enter your assigned username and password. You can then test view your site using the address given in the welcome email. If you have already changed the DNS addresses of your domain, simply connect to the web server using your domain name as the host.
How do I set up my email accounts?
Go to http://mail.yourdomain.com and enter your assigned webmaster email address and password. In the upper right hand corner of the screen, click on the down arrow next to "Options and Styles." Scroll down to "User Administration" to add, modify, or delete email accounts.What if I need technical assistance uploading my site?

How long after I sign up will I be able to start uploading my website?
Shortly after we receive your sign up request, we will send you a welcome email with all the information you need to start uploading your website and set up your email addresses. Use the IP address that is given in the welcome email to upload your site and view it on the web. When your domain name 'propagates,' you can access your site using the domain name.
