I uploaded my site, but I get a Forbidden Error Message when I try to view it.

Make sure the front page of your site in named index.html, index.php, etc. If you need it named differently, please let us know so we can set up the alternate filename on the server.

I am trying to call support, but I get sent to voicemail.

What platforms or operating systems do you offer?

We offer Windows servers running IIS, and Linux servers running Apache Web Server.

Do you maintain a backup of my website?

Yes. Each day, we make a backup of your website which is available in the event your website is corrupted by a programming mistake, etc. There may be additional charges to restore your site.

Which programming languages do you support?

We support PHP, .NET, ColdFusion, ASP, Javascript, Perl, and CGI.

Which database solutions do you support?

We support MySQL, Postgres, and Microsoft SQL databases.

How do I access my email?

You can access your email from any browser by going to mail.yourdomain.com.

What is the size limit of each email box?

The standard size of email boxes is 200 MB. Upon request, we will increase this mailbox size if circumstances justify it. There is an additional fee associated with increasing mailbox sizes.

Are secure transactions supported (SSL hosting)?

Yes, upon request.
