Yes. Each day, we make a backup of your website which is available in the event your website is corrupted by a programming mistake, etc. There may be additional charges to restore your site.
No. Like most hosting service providers, we do not provide a dedicated IP address for each hosting account due to the world shortage of IP addresses. If special circumstances require that your website have a dedicated IP address, please let us know and we will attempt to accommodate your request.
You can access your email from any browser by going to mail.yourdomain.com.
Make sure the front page of your site in named index.html, index.php, etc. If you need it named differently, please let us know so we can set up the alternate filename on the server.
The standard size of email boxes is 400 MB. Upon request, we will increase this mailbox size if circumstances justify it. There is an additional fee associated with increasing mailbox sizes.
