Our hosted email service will be back online Thursday, October 15, at 9 am. At that point, email will be available via POP and webmail. You can check your messages via webmail by going to https://mail.usnx.com in your browser. IMAP functionality will be enabled on Thursday, October 22, at 9 am.
IMAP USERS, PLEASE READ THIS TO AVOID LOSING PREVIOUS EMAIL MESSAGES
For users who use IMAP (where the email stays on the server and syncs with various devices, such as your work PC, phone, and tablet), you MUST archive all emails prior to October 8, 2026, using the following instructions:

- Thunderbird – https://www.systoolsgroup.com/how-to/archive-thunderbird-email/
- Mac OS – https://appletoolbox.com/archive-back-up-emails-mac/
Please note that in this recovery, we added security settings that you need to be aware of. In your email program, be sure your account is set to use SSL encryption, and the following port numbers need to be in place:
- IMAP – port 993
- POP3 – port 995
- SMTP – port 465
