Instruct the registrar of your domain name to use the following DNS settings:
Primary Server Hostname: NS1.USNX.COM
Second Server Hostname: NS2.USNX.COM
To configure your email program, use the following settings:
Incoming (POP3) mail server: mail.usnx.com
Incoming (POP3) port: 110
Outgoing (SMTP) mail server: mail.usnx.com
Outgoing (SMTP) port: 25 or 26
*Check box “My outgoing server requires authentication.”
Note: Username / UserID is your full email address.
We also have step-by-step instructions available to assist you with setting up your email in Outlook or on your iPhone/iPad. For other email programs or devices, we recommend that you call the software or device provider – you can give them the settings above and they will be able to talk you through configuring the mailbox.
Go to http://mail.usnx.com/admin and enter your assigned webmaster email address and password. Click on the mailboxes on the left-hand side. On the right will be a list of mailboxes with an option to edit or remove. There will be a button at the top of the screen to allow you to “Add New” mailbox.
To upload your website files prior to changing the Domain Name Server addresses with the registrar of your domain, connect to the web server via FTP using the host server’s IP address and enter your assigned username and password. You can then test view your site using the address given in the welcome email. If you have already changed the DNS addresses of your domain, simply connect to the web server using your domain name as the host.
